News From Alderson
Alderson, Oct 9 - Mrs Martha Hoyt Walker died yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the home of her son, L R Walker, near Alderson, of the infirmities of age. She had been a resident of this vicinity for about twelve years. She was born in Maine on Feb 1, 1825, and her remains will be taken to her native state tonight for burial.
