Mrs. Gertrude Dimler Dies in Hospital
Mrs. Gertrude Dimler, of Ashland RD 1 died at 4 pm yesterday in the Ashland Hospital. She was in ill health the past year and a hospital patient since September.
Born on August 8, 1879, in Locust Valley, she lived in Ashland RD1 the past 40 years, and was a member of Zion Reformed Church, Ashland. Her husband, Jacob, died some time ago.
She was a prominent resident of her community.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Effie Bradley, of Philadelphia; Mrs. Elma Quick, of Fountain Springs, and one son, Clair, of Ashland.
The funeral will be conducted on Saturday at 2 pm from the Norman H. Evans funeral home in Fountain Springs.
Interment will be in the Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs.
