Translation located in Will Book: 2 - Page: 11-- Wife: Elizabeth -- Mentions children but none are named -- Memtions Mahias Beck of Oley Hills (Anthony's father) -- Witnesses: George Swartz and Mathias Beck -- Will Dated: January 6, 1755 -- Letters of Administration, with copy of the will in the German language annexed, granted March 22, 1755 to Elizabeth Beck, the widow (see Administration Book: 1 - Page: 33) -- Page: 25 ----- BERKS OD OLD VOL. I. Mathias Peck, of Maiden Creek Township, in the County of Berks and Province of Pennsylvania, being weak of body but sound of mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and testament touching my worldy estate, after my just debts and funeral expenses are fully paid and discharged, viz:

I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Ingel Peck, the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds to be given unto her by my executors hereafter named and the same shall become due and payable to me by Henry Dilbone and George Merkel according to the tenor of three obligations, conditional for the payments of fifty pounds each, togather with all my household furnitue, goods, chattels of what nature or hindsoever to be by her freely possesed and enjoyed forever.

I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Peck, eldest daughter, of my son, Anthony Peck, deceased, the sum of fifty pounds to be paid unto her when it becomes due from the aforesaaid Henry Dilbone and George Merkel, according to the tenor of another obilation, conditonal for the payment of that sum to me in the year of our Lorad, one thousand, seven hundred and sixty-eight, to be by her freely possessed and enjoyed forever.

I give and bequeath to Susannah Peck, the other daughter, of my son anthony Peck, deceased, the sum of fifty pounds to be paid unto her when it becomes due from the aforesaaid Henry Dilbone and George Merkel, according to the tenor of another obilation, conditonal for the payment of that sum to me in the year of our Lorad, one thousand, seven hundred and sixty-eight, to be by her freely possessed and enjoyed forever.

I give and bequeath unto my two daughters viz: Catherine, wife of Conrad Kersner and Elizabeth, the wife of Michael Dunkel, the sum of five shillings each, to be by them freely possessed and enjoyed forever and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son-in-laws, Conrad Kersner and Michael Dunkel, my only and sole executors of this, my last will and testament and do revoke and disannul former wills by me made, ratifying and comfirming, this and none other to be my last will and testament.

In testimony, where of. I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this twenty-eighth day of August in the year od our Lord, one thousand, seven hundred and sixty-five: signed: Mathias Peck
