He is survived by his daughters; Lori Hamel and Julie Howard both of Fort Smith; two sons; William C. Barnes of Fort Smith and Larry Ray Payne of Colorado Springs, CO; two sisters; Wyonna Cunningham of Mansfield and Nona Barnes of Greenwood,AR and nine grandchildren.
Funeral service was held at Lewis Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy Fort Smith with interment at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Midland, Arkansas
