Barbara A. (Genovese) Foligno, 61, of 276 Skyview Drive, Cromwell, passed away on Monday (November 2, 2009) at The Hospital of Central CT at New Britain General.


Born in New Britain, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sadie (Arena) Genovese and a longtime resident.


She had worked at Theis Precision Steel and was a member of St. Ann Church.


A loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, she will be dearly missed by a son, Frank Foligno and his wife, Kristine of Middletown; a daughter, Lana Dupont and her husband Wesley of Cromwell; a sister, Lydia Babowicz of New Britain; and her five precious grandchildren, Kayla, Jake, Joseph, Alex, and Ethan and her close special friend, Donna Porter.


Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann Church, followed by burial in St. Mary Cemetery, all in New Britain.
A visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at New Britain Memorial Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue, New Britain.
