August Garber, an old member of the G. A. R., died in this city yesterday morning. He served in the Ninety-sixth Pennsylvania during the war [which served out of Skullyhill County, Pennsylvania], was captured and spent eight months in Libby prison. A brother is living in Sacramento, Cal.
