Mrs Mary Sandel, 88 widow of Martin Sandel, died Monday evening at the home of her son Arthur Sandel, of New Concord Route 1, following a years illness of complications. She was born in Adams Township, but spent most of her life in Monroe Township. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. Surviving are two sons, Bruce Sandel of Mansfield and Arthur Sandel at whose home she died; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Two sons preceded her in death. Her husband died in 1912. Funeral Servis will be held at 1;30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Zion Lutheran Church with Rev K J Bishop officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body was removed to the Shirer Funeral Home at Adamsville and will be taken to the residence Wednesday morning.
