SON OF FORMER CHIEF - CURTIS ALLISON DIES

Curtis LeRoy Allison, Jr., aged 15, only son of former Chief of Police Curtis L. Allison and Lucy Ruth Peterson Allison, 1550 Twenty-sixth street, died at 5:10 o-clock Sunday morning at a local hospital after and illness of one day of spinal meningitis. The youth awoke Saturday morning complaining of a headache, and asked for a drink of water. His mother attended to his request and he took a sip of the water, then lapsed into unconsciousness from which he never emerged. He was born in Ogden, august 28, 1914. Surviving are the parents and two sisters, Blanch Allison and Emme Jean Allison.

Services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock on the lawn in from of the home. Bishop david J. Wilson will preside. Interment will be made in the Ogden city cemetery under the direction of Larkin and Sons.
