Agness Bolon dies
Funeral services were Saturday in Connell for Agness L. Bolon who died March 2 at the Adams County Memorial Hospital, Ritzville.
She had been a resident of the Life care Center of Ritzville for the past 2 1/2 years. Mrs. Bolon was Born March 29, 1899 in Ortonville, Minn., moving to Idaho in late 1900. She and her husband, Fred Bolon, who died in 1970, came to Connell in 1937.
She was a member of the Connell United Methodist church, and had been a clerk at Bailies IGA for 20 years, retiring in 1964.
Survivors include four daughters, Marcele Woody, Barbara German and Beverly Reeve, all of Connell, and Maxine Schwisow of Ritzville; a son, Victor Bolon of Silverdale, Wa.; 16 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, two step grandchildren, 17 step-great-grandchildren, and five step great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the United Methodist church with the Rev. Howard Jones officiating. Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mrs. Bolon's grandsons, Larry, Roger and Craig Bafus, Richard German, and Michael and Victor Reeve.
Danekas Funeral Home, Ritzville, was in charge of arrangements.
