DIED
Jan. 24th 1877, Mrs. Eliza Orrell, widow of Lorenzo D. Orrell, in the 57th year of her age, after a long and painful illness which she bore with christian patient submission. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Greensboro, having joined on the 1st day of last November. She had long indulged a hope in Christ and desired long ago to confess her Saviour. She had a clear, intelligent and scriptual view of the way of life and received and rested on Christ alone for salvation as he is offered in the gospel. She was conscious until almost the last, and passed from earth in the peace and faith and hope of the gospel. May all her childern find the same Saviour and the same grace and Salvation.
