Mrs. Emma Greig, wife of Postmaster Chas. Greig of Twin Creek, this county, died at 9:10 A. M. Sunday June 10, after several days of excruciating suffering. The critical surgical operations to which Mrs. Greig was subject on Wednesday of last week proved too great a shock to her nervous system, though she had the best of medical attention and skilled nursing. Mrs. Greig's age was 33 years , 10 months , and 5 days, she leaves to mourn her dearth a husband and eight daughters, one brother , Richard Shepherd, resides in Winfield township[ , this county another brother lives in Oklahoma and a sister in California. The deepest sympathy of the community is extended the husband, motherless children and other relatives in thier sore bereavement. Rev. G. Albert Traut, of Osborne Congregational Church, conducted funeral services at the home at 10o'clock a.m. Monday and interment was made in the Zimmerman Cemetery .
