Augusta Rothschild was the daughter of Reinhardt "George" Rothschild and Bertha Johnson of Saint Louis, MO. She married Harry H. Fabry of Saint Louis, MO., in 1925. Shortly after they were married, she underwent routine surgery and developed a secondary infection which led to her death. She was the first person buried in the Polkinghorne Family Plot. At the time of her passing, her mother, Bertha Johnson Rothschild Offer, was engaged to Fred Polkinghorne, Sr. Her husband, Harry H. Fabry, moved in with his brother's family. He never remarried.
