FROSTBURG--William C. Dudley Sr., 69, of 19 Richard Way, LaVale, died Thursday shortly after admission to Sacred Heart Hospital. Mr. Dudley was born at Eckhart, a son of the late Perry and Mary C. (Eckhart) Dudley. He was a retired auditor for the Liberty Trust Company of Maryland; a member of Mountain Lodge 99 AF& AM, and BPO Elks Lodge 470, both at Frostburg. Surviving are his widow, Mary Alma (Conroy) Dudley; one son, William C. Dudley Jr., Bel Air; two sisters, Mrs. Rachel Zimmerman, Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Catherine Miller, of here, and one granddaughter. Friends will he received at the Durst Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Services will be conducted there tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. David D. Henry officiating. Interment will be in Eckhart Cemetery. Pallbearers, all nephews, will be Edward, Michael and Timothy Mullaney, Jack, David and Richard Miller. Lodge 99 will hold a memorial service today at 7:30 p.m., followed by an Elks memorial at 8 p.m.
