(1930 Census has him working on a farm for Floyd Bates in Dry Creek, Arapahoe, Colorado); and Marie Knudsen b. abt 1914, in Nebraska. She married Hillman Boicourt and lived in Denver, CO.
Mattie died on September 3, 1914. It might be deduced that Mattie died in childbirth with Marie. More information is needed.

The 1920 Census finds Johannas E. Knudsen in Denver, Colorado. He is married to Agnetta M. Knudsen. Samuel, age 8 is living with them.
Around 1912, Johannas Emanuel's parents, Niel and Maren Knudsen moved from Ruskin, Nebraska to Denver, Colorado.
