CUSTER - Services for Frank W. Wilks, 62, Custer, who died Tuesday in Rapid City, will be Monday in Tonasket, Wash., with burial in the Tonasket Cemetery. Local arrangements are by McColley Funeral Home of Custer.
Wilks was born Jan. 11, 1921, in Wenatchee, Wash., to Arthur C. and Ida Mae (Mustard) Wilks. He was educated in Tonasket schools and married Bessie McMarlane Jan. 2, 1950, in Washington. He lived in Washington area until August 1954 when he moved to Custer.
Surviving are his wife of Custer; his mother, Ida Mae Mustard of Tonasket; one daughter, Susan Jo Faggioli of Spokane, Wash.; four stepchildren, Mary Skeen of Stockton, Calif., Violet Ulrey and Bonnie O'Dell, both of Kent, Wash., and John Mestmacher of Toppenish, Wash.; one brother, Henry Wilks of Tonasket; one sister, Lois Brady of Marysville, Wash.; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
