STANLEY,MAUDE,the beloved wife of Claude Stanley departed this life on the third day of February 1909 at her home in Shenandoah of that dread disease, consumption, aged twenty-eight years and three days. She leaves a husband, 1 son, 4 brothers, 3 sisters and father. Her mother having preceded her to the spirit land some 5 years ago. Her funeral took place at the Methodist Church of which she was a member by Rev. R.M.Wheeler after which her remains were laid to rest in the Methodist grave yard to await the resurrection of the just.
