C. C. CUNNINGHAM
C. C. Cunningham, a prominent and lifelong citizen of Wampum, died at his home this morning after a lingering illness.
Mr. Cunningham was 68 years old, having been born on the first day of December 1868, son of H. Ira and Louise Wilson Cunningham. For 20 years he was in business in a general store with the late W. H. Braby; he sold out to the Crescent Cement company and was later interested in construction work.
Mr. Cunningham was a member of the Presbyterian church, a charter member of the K. of P., No. 440, and had a life membership in the B. P. O. E., No. 69.
He is survived by his wife, Maude Braby Cunningham, one daughter, Mrs. Robert Grinnen, of Wampum, a half-brother, J. L. Cunningham of Koppel, and a niece, Mary Elizabeth Wagner, of Wampum. His son, Lois B. Cunningham, preceded him in death.
Funeral arrangements will be announced Saturday.
