GEORGE EDGELL DEAD
Had Been a Resident of Leavenworth Since 1858.
George Edgell, a resident of Leavenworth since 1858, died at his home, Fourteenth and Kenton streets, last night at 9:45 o'clock after an illness of three weeks' duration. Advanced years and the consequent weakness are supposed to have brought death about.
The deceased was 68 years old. He came first to Leavenworth county in 1858, but soon thereafter came to the city, residing here continuously since that time.
The funeral will be from the residence Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock and interment will be in Mount Muncie cemetery.
The deceased leaves his widow, six sons and four daughters who are:
