Vanessa Hansen was born Aug. 4, 2009 at St. Alphonsus in Boise, Ada County, Idaho. Our sweet little angel returned to live with her Heavenly Father on Oct. 14, 2009 at St. Alphonsus in Boise, Ada County, Idaho.
She is survived by her family: Darrin Delane Hansen (father), Andrea Moncur Hansen (mother), Justin Darrin Hansen (big brother), Kyle Delane Hansen (big brother), Brooke Lexy Hansen (big sister), Paternal Grandparents: Duane Henry Hansen & Barbara June Farnworth Hansen, Maternal Grandparents: Stanley Dean Moncur & Lucy Christiansen Moncur. She is also survived by many extended family members.
We are so grateful to all our friends, family, ward members and community that have shown our family such great support. We have truly been blessed and touched by many of you. We are so grateful to all the doctors, nurses, therapists, surgeons and all other support staff that have taken such good care of Vanessa. It would have been so difficult to have left Vanessa at the hospital day after day for 10 weeks without all the support we had there. Thank you!!!
A viewing will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday Oct. 17, 2009 at the Nampa LDS 35th Ward Chapel, 11288 W. Roosevelt Rd, Nampa with a graveside service at 4 p.m. following the viewing, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 15862 S. Indiana Ave. in Caldwell. Arrangements are being provided by the Zeyer Funeral Chapel, Nampa. 467-7300
