Clyde J. Beelar, 69, of Mesa, Ariz., died Tuesday, March 25. He was born at Fay, Okla., on Oct 30, 1910, to William and Amanda Richardson Beelar.
He moved to Beaver Crossing when he was three years old and lived most of his life in the Beaver Crossing area. He served in the Mediterranean and European theaters of action during World War I I.
He married Libby Beranek in 1964, and they moved to Arizona in 1977.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Survivors Include his wife, Libby; two brothers, Louis of Beaver Crossing and Clifford of York, one sister, Vera Williams of Nebraska City; eight step-children; 22 step-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday, April 8, at Moore's Chapel in Beaver Crossing, the Rev. Brian Houston officiating.
Burial was In the Pleasant View Cemetery, Milford.
