CURLLSVILLE - Mrs. Anna Belle Shook, 75, of Curllsville died at 8:40p.m. Sunday of a heart attack in her home.
Born November 15, 1881, in Clarion County, she was the daughter of Samuel Jackson and Angelina Fox Hartman.
She married David Leslie Shook on December 25, 1901, who survives. She was a member of the Grace Evangelical and Reformed Church in Curllsville.
One child, Mildred Irene Shook, preceded her in death in 1915.
Surviving are one son and seven sisters, A.L. Shook of Curllsville; Mrs. Jennie (J.E. Shook) of Curllsville; Mrs. Emma Conrad and Mrs. Mary Campbell of Sligo; Mrs. Carrie Heminger of New Castle, Pa.; Mrs. Sarah Brooker, Misses Lula and Ruth Hartman, all of New Bethlehem RD1.
Also surviving are two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
