She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on April 20, 1945, to Jennie McKinney. She was a 1963 graduate of Classen High School; she worked as an administrative assistant for the OK Dept. of Public Safety, and at Children's Hospital in OKC.
She loved to travel with her husband's Bluegrass bands, and OU Football, but her greatest love was her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years David, Sr. (2008), infant daughter Jayne Lynn, parents Glen (Mac) and Jennie McKinney.
She is survived by her sons: David Jr. and wife Paula of Yukon and Jimmie and wife Priscilla of Keller. TX, five grandchildren; Carrie, Janie, Katelyn, Braden, and Barrett, also by sister Janice Waters. In lieu of flowers memorial, a contribution may be made to the American Lung Society.
Services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, July 26, 2010, at the Bethany Cemetery in Bethany, OK.
