Margaret Wall was the daughter of Jones Mack Ham and Myrtle Mae (Young) Ham. She was born the 26th of July, 1918, on the family farm 4 and one-half miles southeast of Holcomb. Mo. She recieved her elementry schooling at the Simpson and Holcomb Grade Schools. She recieved her High School education from the Holcomb and Senath High Schools in 1936. After high school she was employed for a few years in a garment factory in Kennett, Mo. It was while working in Kennett that she met and married Curtis Wall on the 11th of April, 1941. They were married by Rev. W. E. Smith. The following year they moved to St. Louis.

Children of Curtis and Margaret are, Charles Curtis, Barbara Fern, Judith Elaine, David Edward and James Rodney Wall.
