Services for A1-C Jerry Riggs, 20 years Old Bethany airman will be Sunday at 2:30 pm in the First Nazarene church in Bethany. Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery under the direction of the Merritt funeral home.
Riggs was killed Wednesday in an automobile accident near Alexandria, La.
Born and reared in Bethany, Riggs was graduated from high school there and attended Bethany Peniel college two years.
At the time of his death, he was serving with the 157th ACW group at Alexandria air force base. He entered the air force a year ago.
The airman's wife, Mrs. Benhye Don Riggs, was injured in the accident and is being treated in a Baptist hospital in Alexandria.
