Born August 4, 1876 near Claylick, she was the daughter of Thomas and Sarah Hahn Whiteford.
She was a member of the First Evangelical United Brethren Church, a 50 year member of Rebekah Lodge.
She was the widow of Frank L. Westbrook and is survived by nieces and nephews.
Rev. Richard Mitchell will officiate at funeral services in the Chapel of Criss Brothers Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Brushy Fork Cemetery.
