Obit 1979 - NANCY LOUISA WHITE

Mrs. Nancy Louisa White, 67, of Rt. 1, Hindsville, died Nov. 23 at Washington Regional Medical Center of injuries suffered earlier this month when she was struck by a car at Hindsville. She was born March 11, 1912, at Best, AR, the daughter of William and Maude Edminston Moppin. She was a member of the First Baptist Church at Hindsville and the widow of Alvie Otto White, who died June 11, 1971.
Survivors include six sons, Arlie White of Huntsville, Talbert and Burl White of Springdale, Lonnie, Charles and Paul White of Hindsville; four daughters, Mrs. Nettie Harvison of Huntsville, Mrs. Esther Blackston and Mrs. Mary Calico of Springdale, Mrs. Irma Hall of Janesville, Wis; one brother, Matthew Moppin of Hindsville; six sisters, Mrs. Sadie Lane, Mrs. Grace Coch and Mrs. Lucy Evans of Hindsville, Mrs. Pearlie Wade of Springdale, Mrs. Celia Alderson of Pea Ridge, and Mrs. Mary Jones of Wesley; 20 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Brashear's Funeral Chapel, Huntsville, with the Rev. John Reichman and the Rev. Willie Foster officiating. Burial will be in Marshall Cemetery under the direction of Brashear's. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
