Loretta H. Goldsberry Mattingly, 81, Henderson, formerly of Newburgh, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at Methodist Hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother and was very proud of her family. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church and a former member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Paul Mattingly Sr., who died in 1990; two sisters; and five brothers. Survivors include two daughters, two sons, one sister, grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 A.M. Saturday at the Titzer Family Funeral Home, Simpson Chapel, 510 West Jennings Street, in Newburgh. Father J. Edward Bradley will officiate. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Newburgh.Friends may call from 2 to 8 P.M. Friday and from 9 A.M. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
