She was born February 3, 1921 in Eldred, to Frank and Eva (Shepler) Boyd. She married Nobert Smith August 24, 1942 in Palmyra, MO. He survives.
Surviving are two daughters Kathy (Randy) Haut of Beardstown, Bobbie Jo (Gary) Amos of Wall, S.D; two sisters, Bertha Boyd of Peoria, Bessie (Emory) Tuttle of Morton.
Her parents, one brother Ralph Boyd, three sisters, Ethel Boyd, Marjorie Smith, and Florence Burbridge preceded her in death.
Burial will be at Brimfield Township Cemetery.
