Charleston - Aulcie R. Adams, a part-time employe of Butler Grocery and a former employe of Brown Shoe Co., died Sunday at his home in Charleston. He was 69 years old.

He was born Jan. 17, 1898, in Fulton County, Kentucky, and lived in Charleston since 1933. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Hickman, Ky.

On May 10, 1926, he married Miss Ida Belle Tate. She survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Bill Adams and Dicky Adams; three daughters, Mrs. Reeder Pitman, Mrs. Henry Murphy and Mrs. Leroy Woodward; two sister, Mrs. Myrtle Pugh and Mrs. Opal Coil and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at the McMikle Funeral Home here Tuesday. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
