The Drinkgerns arrived at Bremen, Kansas with just a trunk, but found a better life of opportunity in America. Hans Christian and Wilhelmine Drinkgern Oldehoeft farmed in Section 32, of Herkimer Township, Marshall County, Kansas in the same section as Whilelmine's parents.
