Jess was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Marion and Hulda Jane (Goforth) Plumlee, a sister, Ora Bliss (Plumlee) Hestand, and 3 brothers, James Hugh Plumlee, Ray Plumlee, and Calvin Poynor Plumlee.
Survivors include: his wife, Elsie Fern (Tomlinson) Plumlee; three daughters and sons-in-law: Jeanie Bledsoe and husband Dr. Joe Bledsoe of Chickasha, Pat Paxton and husband Dr. Ward Paxton of Allen, Texas, Mary Lou Fry and husband Dr. Stacy Fry of Tuttle; 11 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle.
