Pauline Virginia Comer, 77, of Shenandoah, died Tuesday, Feb 15, 2005, at MontVue Nursing Home in Luray.
She was born April 23, 1927, in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late Albert T and Blanche Shifflett Hensley.
On Dec 21, 1946, she married Garland Bryce "Buster" who preceded her in death Jan 14, 1999.
She is survived by a son, Garland B Comer, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Rosemary Comer of Shenandoah, two grandchildren, Jonathan and Juliana Comer; three brothers, Oliver and Carroll Hensley, both of Elkton and Gary Hensley of West Virginia.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Elwood, Leo, Billy and Shelby Hensley, two sisters, Ruth Lam and Shirley Kyger, two half brothers, Aubrey and Reese Hensley and a half sister, Hilda Taylor.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. at the Mount Lebanon Church by the Rev. James B. Martin. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
