Wanda was born in Montgomery County Arkansas to Elster and Bea Bond, who preceded her in death. She lost her battle on September 23, 2009 in Visalia California. She moved to California in 1944 where she graduated from Exeter High School with the Class of 1959. Wanda could Jitterbug like no other and was always ready with open arms for all who needed her. She was the strongest most courageous woman any of us have been blessed to have known. Wanda is survived by her husband Bob Smith of Visalia, four children, Tim Shields and his companion Miss Sue, daughters Felisha Smith, Kathy Subia, Marsha Lemon and her niece Bea Ann Hulsey. She is also survived by her brother E.W. Bond and wife Layalla and grandchildren James, Taryn, Krystal, Kacey, Little Tim, Sarah, David, Chance, Amanda, Allissa and 19 Great Grandchildren, Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 10:00 am at the Exeter Public Cemetery District.
