PAULDING CO. NATIVE TAKEN BY DEATH
Mrs. Emily V. Shuler, 74, wife of Reading Shuler died Wednesday in her late home in Defiance, after a long illness.
Mrs. Shuler was a native of Brown township, Paulding County. When seven years old she was taken, with her parents, to the west, traveling in covered wagon. When 15 years old the family returned to Paulding County where she remained until her marriage to Reading Shuler.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Defiance and burial will be in Riverside cemetery, Defiance.
