DEATH COMES TO FORMER LIBRARIAN

Miss Eleanor Palmer, 84, Expires at Residence Here After Long Illness

Miss Eleanor Palmer, 84, one-time librarian of the Findlay public library and former employee at the postoffice, died at noon Friday at her home, 340 Beech avenue, following an extended illness. She had been in failing health for nine years having suffered a stroke of apoplexy. She had been bedfast one week.

Private funeral services will be held at two o'clock Sunday afternoon from the Barnhart funeral home. Rev. J. D. Lindsay, pastor of the First Presbyterian church will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery.

The daughter of John and Eleanor Palmer, she was born on March 9, 1849, and had lived her entire life in Findlay. She is the last of a family of six, her brother, Judson Palmer having died a number of years ago.

The body was taken to the Barnhart funeral home, where it will remain until time for burial.
