Zella Peavler, 86, of Dewey passed away at her home at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2009.
She was born in Urbana, Il. to Harvey and Eva Tucker Wilson. She married Marion C. "Bud" Peavler on Dec. 24, 1941. He preceded her in death on Nov. 10, 1989.
She is survived by five children, Gene (Carol) Peavler of Rogers, Arkansas; Sheryl (Les) Parks of Dewey; Berl (Kathy) Peavler of Urbana; Robert Peavler of Rantoul and Donna (Rich) Ferriman of Rantoul; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by a grandchild.
