Catherine A. Egresits, 88, of Bethel and formerly of Harrisburg, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2009 at Manor Care, Lebanon.
Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Aaron S. and Gertrude M. (Beil) Beck. She was the widow of Frank J. Egresits Sr. and was also preceded in death by a son Frank J. Jr.
She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church and retired from Woolworth's.
She is survived by a son, Michael of Bethel; two granddaughters, Toni Kauffman and her husband, Chris and Kristin Egresits; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 10: 30 AM at Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 6150 Allentown Blvd., Harrisburg, PA 17112, with Msgr. Robert E. Lawrence as celebrant. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. There will be a viewing at the church from 10: 00 AM until time of services.
