Services for Mrs. Theo Docia (sic) Fisk, 87, a longtime Wellston area resident, were Tuesday, August 17, at the Chandler Curry Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating was Rev. Roy Bickfor, with interment at Wellston Cemetery.
Mrs. Fisk died August 13 at a Chandler nursing home. She was born July 27, 1889, in Ray County, Mo., and came to the Wellston area in 1907 with her parents, Benjamin and Belle Handy Perry and had lived there since.
She was married to James A. Fisk on April 22, 1908, at Gainesville, Texas. He preceded her in death, as did a son and one daughter.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Gertie Allenbaugh, Meeker, Mrs. Lillie Baker, Edmond, and Mrs. Ethel Stewart, Visalia, Calif.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
