In the name of God Amen. I George Myers a farmer of the township of Gilpin in the County of Armstrong and the state of Pennsylvania, being week and feeble in bodily health, but in sound mind and dephesive memory declare this to be my will and testament in the named following; that is to say I order that all my past debts, funeral expenses and charges for pricing this will be paid and satisfied and after all is paid and every part thereof- I further direct that all my real estate and personal property be sold and the procedes divided equally among my legal heirs. Share and Share alike. to my sons Aaron J. Myers, Israel Myers, John Myers, Geo.W. Myers, Ephraim P. Myers, Sino J. Myers, Labanna T. Myers, Samuel Myers and Martha Myers my daughter. and futher direct that my son Ephraim Myers is to have the first priviledge of my real estate consisting of and containing one hundred and thirteen acres of land more or less sited in Gilpin Twp.County and state aforsaid for the sum of three thousand dollars.Conditions as follows., One thousand dollars to be paid to my executor two years after confirmation of sale. The balance of two thousand dollars to be paid, one third at the end of three years from confirmation of sale.one third at the end of fourth year, and one third at the end of five years all without interest. A failure of the said Ephraim Myers to comply with the above conditions then I direct that said real estate be sold as afore directed and I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son Sino J. Myers executor of my last will and testament revoking making void all wills I made by me at any time heretofore. And I declare that if any of my heirs named are dissatisfied with these conditions herein stated they shall receive the sum of one dollar to be there full share.
