"Ernest M. Hart 1920-2001
Ernest M. Hart, 81, of Willcox, AZ died June 22, 2001 in Tucson. He was born on May 26, 1920 in Willcox to Elijah and Mable (Morgan) Hart and has been a lifetime resident of Willcox. Ernest graduated from Willcox High School and attended Bible College. He was an ordained minister and was Pastor of Grace Chapel in Willcox for 25 years for which he was instrumental in its organization; Emest also was a building contractor for which he to include the present Grace Chapel built many Willcox buildings. In Kansas City, MO he married Betty Jo Ridennoure. Survivors include his wife Betty Jo of Willcox, sons Tim (Norma) Hart of Safford, Larry (Linda) Hart of La Habra Heights, CA, Philip (Gail) Hart of Portal, AZ and Johnny (B.J.) Hart of Cochise, AZ and a daughter Joanna (Rich) Hall of Bowie, AZ. Also surviving is his brother Raymond (Doris) Hart of Willcox and sisters Zelma Warren of Orange, CA, Hazel Fern Astle of Pico Rivera, CA and Margaret Clark of Springfield, MO along with 12 grandchildren and 18 1/2 great grandchildren. Preceding him in death was his parents and 1 brother. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2001 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Willcox with private cremation at Westlawn Crematorium. Burial of cremains will take place at Sunset Cemetery at a later date. Friends who wish may contribute to Gideons Intemational, P.O. Box 20, Willcox, AZ 85644. Services under the direction of Westlawn Chapel & Mortuary in Willcox, AZ.
