Memorial services for Leanne Berry of Canton, Ill., formerly of Hazlehurst, are 2 p.m., Saturday, April 17, at Stronghope Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Berry, 41, died April 12, 2004, at Renaissance Care Center. She was born in Hazlehurst on Sept. 14, 1962, to Guynes E. "Gene" Cagle and Glenda S.(sic Glynda Sue) (Lemon) Cagle.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Brookstown Baptist Church in Baton Rouge, La.
Preceding her in death were her mother and a sister, Connie McMunus.
Survivors are her father and stepmother, Guynes "Gene" and Norma H. Cagle of Denham Springs, La.; her son, Christopher Berry of Florida; her brother, Christopher Cagle of Brookhaven; and her grandmother, Hazel Cagle of Hazlehurst.
