In 1818 the married the Norwegian Count Arvid Posse (1782-1826). In 1824 they were divorced, after which she married in that same year Lord Dudley Coutts Stuart (1803-1854), son of John Stuart, First Marquess and Rourth Count of Bute, British Minister and Embassado, and of Francess Coutts. Lord Dudley was a member of the Lower House. He defended the independence of Poland.
