David Allan Foote, 49, of Waterloo, died at home Thursday, Sept. 10.
He was born May 8, 1960, son of Clinton C. and Clare I. Voves Foote.
He graduated from West High School in 1979 and had been a construction worker for Cedar Valley Corp. for the last 19 years.
Survived by his mother, Clare Foote of LaPorte City; two brothers, Russel Clayton Foote of Charles City and John Lee Foote of La Porte City; a stepbrother, Benny Starr of Elma; a sister, Carol Foote of Waterloo; three nieces; three nephews; a great-niece; and five great-nephews.
Preceded in death by his father; his stepfather, Charles Starr; maternal grandparents, John and Ida Voves; paternal grandparents, Cecil and Edna Foote; and a brother, Bruce L. Foote in 1998.
