Lavene Gilmour was the daughter of Benjamin Park Gilmour and Jane Ann Davis. She was married to John Hill, Jr. on 30 May 1924 in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Mrs. Lavene Ann Hill

Mrs. Lavene Ann Hill, 55 years old, 2205 Third avenue, died at 9:25 o'clock Wednesday. She was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church. Surviving are the husband, John; two daughters, Mrs. Norma Davies of Terre Haute, and Mrs. Mary Alice Dunnichay of Marion; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Drake of Terre Haute, and Mrs. Mary Quill of Cleveland Ohio; two half-sisters, Mrs. Jean Gibson of Terre Haute, and Mrs. Ann Neff of Hollywood Fla.; a half-brother Alec Gilmour of St. Louis, and five grandchildren. The body was taken to the Bedino Chapel of the Valley where friends may call after 6 o'clock Thursday evening. Servioces will be held at the Bedino Chapel at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
