Cleve H. Bailey of Leflore died at the Greenwood Leflore Hospital this morning. Services will foe held at Mt. Pisgah church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. BuforJ Sellers officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Williams and Lord in charge.
Mr. Bailey, who was 76, was employed by Kraetzer Cured Lumber Co. at the time of his death. He was a Baptist.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lona May Bailey, four daughters, Mrs. Clarence Jentry of Deason; Mrs. Myrtis Ricks of Greenwood; Mrs. Lois Liddell of Leflore; Mrs. Thelma Lancaster of Jackson; five sons, Sgt. Cleve H. Bailey, Jr., of Ft. Benning. Ga.; Fred Harper of Carroll County and J. W. Harper of Portland, Oregon: Wardeen Harper of Leflore; Bilbo Thompson of U. S. Army, Germany; one sister, Mrs. Tillman Little of Carroll County: one brother, J. R. Bailey of Leflore; twenty-two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
