Funeral services were held at Little Prairie cemetery near this city Saturday morning for Mrs. Susie Downing, 62 years old, who died suddenly Friday morning of a heart attack at her home in the Peach Orchard community south of Canady.
Mrs. Downing had had several heart attacks during the past few years. She was the widow of Tobe Downing, who died two years ago.
The Rev. Roy Bradley conducted the funeral service.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Jack Downing of Micola, and several nieces and nephews, among whom is Mrs. Vernon Campton of this city.
