MARIE O. AKSLAND (Manteca) — A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church for Marie O. Aksland, 91, who died Saturday in Manteca. Burial will be at East Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at P. L. Fry and Son Chapel.
Mrs. Aksland, a Minnesota native, lived for 71 years in Manteca. She and her late husband, Henry Aksland, founded the First Assembly of God in Manteca. Survivors include two sons, Larry and Clifford Aksland, both of Manteca; a daughter, Alice Fuglseth of Pioneer; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
