Sunday, August 30, 2009 as Kenneth Eldon Bales, 51, of Muskogee was worshiping his Lord and Savior, at Grandview Tabernacle, he was called to heaven where he will worship Him eternally. Eldon was born October 8, 1957 in Muskogee, OK to Kenneth & Margaret (Webb) Bales. He worked as a mechanic and loved car racing, which he was involved in for over 30 years. He was a avid fan of NASCAR and enjoyed his summertime job as a technician inspector at Outlaw Motor Speedway. He was a member of Christian Motorcycle Association. Eldon was a loyal volunteer firefighter with the
Keefeton Volunteer Fire Department for over 20 years. He played bass at his church, and was a member of the gospel group, Higher Vision. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Kimberly Diane of the home; his children:
Timothy & Lyndzi Bales of Oktaha; Kirsten & Daniel Harrison of Muskogee; Sasha Bales of Gore, and Darin & Jessica Bales of McCurtain; stepchildren, Stephen Story and Christopher & Heather Story of Muskogee; grandchildren, Jaxon Bales, Hannah Harrison and Levi Harrison and Rian Renee Story; one brother, Cameron & Kathy Bales of Muskogee; his sister, Dianna & Delbert King of Yukon; his mother-in-law, Sharon Parnell, and the mother of his children, Denise Bales. Eldon was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Mickayla Lyn Bales and his sister, Linda Faye Ellis. riends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Eldon Bales at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 3, 2009 at Grandview Tabernacle withReverend Bobby Wingo officiating. Interment will follow in Agnew Cemetery with Timothy Bales, Darin Bales, Daniel Harrison, Stephen Story, Christopher Story and Doug Lane serving as pallbearers.
