Joseph was the son of Carroll Livingston Dunn and Viola Fern (Poole) Dunn. He married Kay L. Crum on June 9, 1969, in Brocton, Ill.
Joe is survived by his wife; son, Kevin (Tracy) Dunn; daughter, Kristy (Craig) Bettenhausen; and six grandchildren, Alexander and Brandon Dunn, Jeffrey, Kayla, Alexis Faulkner and Robert Bettenhausen; two brothers, Carroll T. (Evelyn) Dunn and Richard (Jane) Dunn; two sisters, Sharon (Ed) Bramel Douglas and Barbara Dunn; and seven nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Joe was employed by Edward Hine Co. of Peoria as a sales coordinator for over 31 years.
Joe was an Army veteran, serving from 1967 to 1969.
