MRS. VERA DAWLEY, beloved wife of the late Frank George Romeril Dowley, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Lethbridge, on Thursday, June 23, 2005 at the age of 92 years.
She is the loving mother of: Frank and Maryliyn Dawley of Didsbury, Dorothy and Roy Brown of Chilliwack, Fay Dussome and Gary of Lethbridge, Joann and Jack Cook of Delburne, Linda and Don Forsyth of Cardston, Laraine and Robert Russell of Killam, Allen Dawley amd Diane of Bakersfield, Karen and Brent Harker of Taber, and Norma and Don Hillyer of Lethbridge. She leaves a legacy of 49 grandchildren, 121 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, fawn Anderson of Ogden, Utah, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Dawley, sons Wayne and glen Dawley, two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 27, 2005 at 1:00p.m. at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, Knight Street Chapel, Raymond, with Bishop Richard Wilde officiating. Friends may meet the family prior to the service from 12:00 to 12:40 p.m. Interment to follow in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
